What AV equipment is provided for corporate events?

This is customized to your needs, the size of the event, and the venue.

We evaluate the space to ensure:

Can you handle AV for both small and large corporate events?

Yes we can!  The important thing is ensuring we are a good fit for your event, and in most cases, we are.

How far in advance should I book AV services for my corporate event?

The more notice the better, but oftentimes, we can accommodate any last minute needs within three weeks of your event.

  • More advance planning helps ensure venue availability
  • Additional time to work with you and the venue helps
  • Most events are fully planned about 6-8 months in advance
Are on-site AV technicians provided during corporate events?

Yes. Please note if you’re only renting our equipment, our technicians are not required during the event unless otherwise requested.

Can you support hybrid corporate events with both in-person and virtual attendees?

Yes we can.

  • The venue will need to provide a stable hard-wired Ethernet connection
  • Stage lighting is needed to ensure good camera picture quality
  • Remote presenters will need to meet with us (remotely) in advance of the event
How does your corporate AV pricing work?

All of our pricing is customized, though we do offer general packages at select partner venues.
