Liz joined Equalized Productions full-time in 2017 after leaving a career in HR and Payroll compliance sales and account management. Prior to 2017, Liz worked part-time helping with installations and live production. Since taking on a full-time role Liz has focused heavily on compliance, live production sales, and administration in addition to marketing and procurement. Her passion for cultivating symbiotic client relationships has helped develop an industry-disrupting live event process. “It’s not what we do, it’s how we do it” is the foundation for how she plans and executes events anticipating her client’s needs and executing them. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and son and attending concerts.

Jared Koopman joined Equalized Productions in 2021 and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. He comes from a strong background in both installation and live production with an emphasis on audio. He brings with him his extensive history in low-voltage installation and troubleshooting. Jared’s attention to detail and desire to cultivate team works makes him a valuable project manager for the Equalized Team.
Hunter Bowes has worked with Equalized Productions since 2020 handling the mechanical needs of any level of job with expertise and care. His history in the commercial electrical industry brings a level of knowledge that allows the Equalized Productions team to approach the design and implementation of any building with ease. He strives to find the correct solution to any problem without cutting corners on craftmanship or safety.
Jordan joined Equalized Productions in 2017. From the beginning, Jordan’s talent to melt the hearts of clients, vendors, and colleagues has served him well in getting candy snacks. Dubbed “The Junior Executive” by his beloved Jerry (the UPS driver), Jordan is the final word on many of Equalized Productions’ biggest decisions – like where to go to lunch and what AV equipment is or is not a robot. Jordan has steadily worked to improve his skills in the commercial AV space by quickly identifying “speakers!” wherever he goes. He loves to adjust faders, play with cables, and drop mics (much to our dismay). You can find Jordan “working” with his mom in the office most days, and from time-to-time making an appearance at client meetings and live events. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys the red park, his 11 grandparents, and playing annoying songs on repeat (looking at you Baby Shark).
Rachel Leonard is an audio engineer from Chicago Illinois now living in Denver Colorado. She has a background in studio work, live production, content creation, and installation. Rachel has worked on various projects, genres of music, and events ranging from opera, to corporate, to metal. She is always excited to learn new things and to mix her skillsets to accomplish any task. Rachel has a hybrid position on our team as a production manager, A1, and installation technician.
Paris O’Connor is the office administrator at Equalized Productions. She has 4 years of experience working in administrative positions. She has recently dived into the marketing scene and is constantly working on the Equalized Productions brand. In her spare time, she enjoys catching up with family and friends, going to concerts, and watching her favorite shows.
Tony is a local singer/songwriter who met Equalized Productions at a community event where he was a last minute performer. Tony came on board as a production and install technician. With over 25 years of experience as a sound engineer, he brings a lot of knowledge of live sound to the table. Tony has also found enjoyment in installation and integration lately. Tony is always good for a dad joke or two and fits right in with all of the other joksters.
